Lifecycle UK Offer

Lifecycle UK help small businesses and community/charity organisations to boost their green credentials and promote sustainable travel by providing free cycle stands. This scheme is funded by BCP council. We have the final amount of funding available and would like to see it out there, working for the community asap.

I would love to ask for your organisation’s help to spread the word about our Free cycle parking scheme either by including our details when signposting the latest information and advice to your network in the upcoming forum meeting, or in the hope that your network may already know of places or businesses which have a need for more secure cycle parking and can pass our details on to apply?

We would love you to help us spread the word in BCP, as in these difficult times for organisations we would especially love those adversely affected by COVID or those areas which have lacked cycle parking for some time to be able to benefit from this free service.

Our scheme gives free delivery of sturdy ‘Sheffield stands’, giving secure cycle parking for 2 bikes per stand.

We now have enough funding left for 6 stands so that could help a couple of organisations out?

Who can apply?

*Small businesses/community groups

*within the BCP region

*who have an area on their own premises where stands can safely be installed (not on pavements/highways/blocking any access.)

We can’t offer free stands to state-funded institutions such as state schools, council parks or fire stations, or large corporate businesses. For more information, full terms & conditions, click here.
